Do you love Nutella like I do? Well I decided to try out this cookie recipe using Nutella.
Here is the simple recipe. There are only 4 ingredients. Yay to easy desserts :)
Ingredients:
Prep Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Blend all ingedients together. Form into 1″ balls. Place on a cookie sheet. Press down firmly using the bottom of a glass. Bake 7-8 minutes or until set. Cool. And enjoy with a glass of milk.
You can also try this recipe I found here (These include hazelnuts)
There are a few more ingredients, but they turn out amazing!!
Ingredients:
Prep Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Cream butter in an electric mixer for 3 minutes until light and fluffy. Add the sugars and Nutella and mix well, scraping down the sides of the bowl to ensure even mixing.
3. Sift together the flour, cocoa, salt, and baking soda (do not skip this step as sifting eliminates clumps of cocoa). Mix into the butter mixture on low speed until fully incorporated, scraping down the bottom and sides at least once to ensure even mixing. Fold in the chocolate chips and hazelnuts and refrigerate the dough for ten minutes.
4. Spoon tablespoon-sized drops of dough onto parchment paper lined cookie sheets. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool on the sheets for a minute or two before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling.

Those look amazing! I going to try adding chocolate chips.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite peanut butter bars:
2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup butter, melted
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
Directions:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, confectioners' sugar, peanut butter and melted butter together in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring occasionally. Spread melted chocolate over the mixture. Chill for about 5 minutes, then cut into bars before the chocolate is completely set. Chill again until you're ready to eat them.
I hope you like them :)
