Three Go To Outfits...

Here are a few favorite outfits from last several days.

I love wearing stretchy jeans and I literally wear my leather leggings every other day
(Thank goodness I bought two pairs :)

What are some of your favorite outfits and go to pieces?

Super Bowl Sunday Outfit.  What is better than an oversized tee with red jeans.  I love these Ugg Boots.  Lined in the softest sheep skin ever! I can live in these daily.

Cozy sweater, leather leggings, and my favorite leopard booties.  One of my many go to outfits.

With Valentines Day around the corner, I am all about wearing hearts and red/pink.  I love the look of Gold flats.  They really glam up the outfit.  And decided to wear my mint bag because I am so ready for spring!  How about you?

Ok How Awesome is Coconut Oil?!

Coconut Oil is truly amazing! It can be used for cooking, as well as for your body.  I add about a tablespoon to my smoothie in the morning.  The taste is not strong at all, actually very pleasant.  Also a great for massage ;)

The health benefits of coconut oil include hair care, skin care, stress relief, maintaining cholesterol levels, weight loss, increased immunity, proper digestion and metabolism, relief from kidney problems, heart diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes, HIV and cancer, dental care, and bone strength.

These benefits of oil can be attributed to the presence of lauric acid, capric acid and caprylic acid, and its properties such as antimicrobial, antioxidant, antifungal, antibacterial and soothing properties.
