It is an understatement to say she is energetic. My neighbor always jokes how she is my "workout". And honestly, there are weeks that go by that I don't go to the gym or really exercise. Running after her, going to the store & running errands, and just daily housework really is enough. Of course, I eat rather healthy, but I don't limit myself to anything these days. I just use the best ingredients. I also noticed I don't snack that much either. My meals seem to be sufficient enough to carry me through to the next meal. I do however love having a smoothie!
Today I experimented:
2 cup of cold filtered water
2 handfuls of organic baby kale
1 organic pear
1 cup of frozen pineapple (Trader Joes sells them in the frozen section, or you can make your own)
1 Table spoon Flax Oil
1 organic Banana
Masha and I drank it down super fast. It was delicious to say the least. I think the pineapple does the trick! Try it and let me know what you think. If you have a yummy smoothie, please share in the comments :)
