Summer Dresses

Oh Summer! How I have missed you! Even though living in a sunny climate means HOT weather most of the year, there is something about summer that get me excited! I'm such a beach bum that it's not even funny! If you ask me what I like to do for fun, I'll say "beach" 99.9% of the time.  Swimming, running after the kids, something about the hot air and the salty water brings me joy.  Well unless you ask me to visit a city, then I will be on board every time too (thanks to my first trip when I was 16 years old to NYC for a full month, I fell head of heels in love, more about that later.)

Here are a few dresses that I have and absolutely love!! They are easy as they are beautiful! You will not be disappointed.  Just a few ideas if you are on the lookout for a little number for this summer.  Now let's enjoy this summer to the fullest!

39-40 Weeks Pregnancy Update, Life Lately, and Black Friday Purchases

39-40 Weeks: Can you believe yesterday was my due date?! Wow I am actually surprised I have not given birth yet. My hubs reminded me yesterday something interesting that slipped my mind.  With Masha, when we had our first ultrasound, the technician told us the due date was 12/28.  Then when we moved to Florida and went for a follow up ultrasound, the due date was moved to 1/11.  Masha still came on her first due date!  So was I really two weeks early?  I know due dates are just that; estimates.  Either way, baby will come when she is ready.  I'm not really in a hurry, but seems like everyone around me can't wait for this little one to be out.   It's funny that right now I feel great overall.  I have quite a bit of energy.  I do rest a lot too though because this time around I know what is coming.  My parents have been amazing and babysit whenever I need some extra time to myself.

I have a prenatal appointment today.  Curious to see if I have any progress.  Last appointment at 39 weeks, I was 2 cm dilated and still about 70% effaced.  I have been having tons of Braxton Hicks and several times, I have had painful contractions but they are far apart at this time.  I have not gained any weight since then.  I'm guessing the baby is fully grown, but I have noticed my chest has grown! Definitely a significant amount, milk is filling in :)

Here are a photos from last couple weeks:

Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours!  Had a great time celebrated at my parents first and then later at inlaws.

Masha's outfit:  Janie & Jack skirt, sold out (Similar here and here), Brown turtleneck via Dillards (similar here and here), Purple Hair Bow

My little doll!  So thankful to be her mother!

My Favorite soup:  Borsch.  If you haven't tried, I highly recommend making it! Mine doesn't look as red here because I always add a spoon of sour cream.  There are several amazing recipes including this one from Natasha's Kitchen and another one here.

My cutie enjoying the sunny weather.

Romper, Sold Out (Love this one here and here)

Love that smile of hers!

39.5 weeks pregnant.  I haven't really been taking outfit photos lately.  However I wanted to mention,  I have been living in these Zara leggings though. I have them in all colors.  They are non maternity but are seriously the BEST for maternity because of the thick black waist band.  Highly recommend getting these if you are pregnant (and if not hehe!)

Zara Leggings, (Also love these and these)
Necklace, Sold Out (similar here and here)

Christmas décor is up and I'm happy!  Love this Alice & Olivia mug I picked up a couple weeks ago at Starbucks..  Drinking coffee/tea just got a little better :)

With Black Friday and Ebates, I was able to get some amazing deals on a few items that have been on my wishlist!

I purchased another Marc Jacobs Diaper bag, I love the print (it was over 70% off!)  And we all know we can never have enough Aden + Anais Swaddling Clothes.  I love the B Jeweled set because of the bright vibrant colors.

I have heard so many great things about Lorac, decided to purchase this eye/cheek palette to try out.  Seems like a great deal with all it comes with.  Are you a fan of Lorac?

I actually received the 4moms Mamaroo for my baby shower, however I wanted to mention how awesome it is. I finally set it up and I'm loving the soothing motions and sounds.  Can't wait to use on my little one!  I decided on the 4moms bathtub as well.  I will let you know how I like it.   It has a Digital thermometer so that water is always the right temperature.  And the AlwaysFresh System directs clean, warm water from faucet around baby and continuously expels dirty water.

Don't forget to sign up with Ebates to earn cash back on your online purchases. It's my favorite because you don't even realize how much money your making back. An awesome new feature is The Ebates Cash Back Button which provides automatic Cash Back notifications.
No login. No hassle. No more missed Cash Back!

Plus right now many of my top online stores (Nordstrom, J Crew, Gap, Sephora, Ulta) are "double" cash back again because of Cyber Monday 2.  Whatever that is right?!  Either way, if you have been eyeing something, something to think about :)

Hope everyone has a great week!

Last week we went to Sarasota Children's Garden.  What a fun place for kids! I felt like I was in a magical garden.  Masha had a great time exploring and playing with our kids.  It was definitely an adventure for her.  I can't imagine how amazing everything looked from her point of view.  She is already 22 months and loves to lead.  I literally followed her around while she lead the way.

How cool are these colored wheels?!  My friend had a Groupon for this place, so it only cost us around $4 bucks.  I would go here again on a cooler day.

Nordstrom Buys and Recent Outfits: Truth and Pride Blazer and Paige Paloma Leather Pants, etc.

I have been busy lately with play dates and enjoying as much as I can of the last months of summer heat. I practically live at the pool. Since it has been so hot here, instead of getting my cardio through speed walking (with the stroller and baby in tow), I have been swimming. Thankfully I have the gym right next to me too with free day care.

I can't wait till it cools down! I have been doing some fall shopping to prepare myself for the cooler days ahead. I'm already pulling out my boots (I am a bootaholic!).

Here are a few outfits and snap shots from dressing room fittings.

Mauve Top via TJ Maxx Sold Out (Similar here)
Black Booties (older)

Love this outfit I wore earlier last week on a rainy day! Notice the pony tail, yep, I have been styling this lately.  My hair is getting so long, I'm trying to find new ways to style :)

Sequin Top via TJ Maxx Sold Out (Similar)

This outfit rocks! It would be an AWESOME date night or "girls night out" Outfit.  Not showing too much, yet still flirty and young!

Trouve Snake Print Top
Sam Edelman Nude Pumps Sold Out (Similar ones by Sam Edelman)

I wore this outfit last week on a cooler day, and I love how the jacket tones down the brighter colors.  The Kelly Green Jeans are amazing.  Paige Denim really know what is going on when it comes to fit and style.

Had to include this photo.  I am trying on a DVF blazer, love the color.  It comes with a belt so it would be more fitted around the waist.

Look at my child, lol.  Love her!  She is trying on a DVF red number, and totally rocking it!

I am loving this blouse.  Feels like heaven against the skin.  And the jeans are just perfect.  Fit like a glove!

Saw this beautiful DVF blouse.  Love the pink, of course :)

Close up on Nordstom Purchases...these leather pants are so HOT! I ordered the xs because I feel like pants/jeans seem to stretch out over the course of a day.  They fit snug and comfortable.  I might also order a Small just in case I get pregnant  (they are that gorgeous!)

Thrifted Blumarine Wool Camel Dress.  How timeless is this dress?!  I got a steal at $28 and my MIL tailored it for me.

French Connection Striped Sweater via Saks

I love French Connection for their modern take on clothing.  This sweater is super fitted (I got the xs) and it is simply amazing! It hugs all the right curves.

Another shot of denim jacket/green jeans

Saw this DVF Faux fur coat.  Reminded me of a black sheep.  Maybe if I still lived in Seattle ;)

Some Beauty purchases from Ulta.  I had a coupon and decided to hit them up since I needed mascara.  I normally order the Bad Gal, but the girls convinced me to try the "They're Real" and i'm loving it.  It curls and lengths and no flaking.  I also love the Yes to Blueberries wipes.  My fav from all their line of wipes.  The sale girl even included a cute makeup bag with some free samples even though I didn't make the $25 Benefit total.  What can I say, awesome customer service :)

How GORGEOUS are these scarfs?! (Via Saks)

Oh lookie here, my princess at the pool.  Always on her tippy toes :)

Brian Atwood Pumps.  I love the color and look at that heel.  Very unique.

Dresses at Saks.  Oh, how I love color!

Rock and Republic Blouse via Kohls.  Very well made and I am loving the color.  Definitely will be eyeing more items in this color.

I asked her to smile, and she gives me this, lol.  Love this child.

Ok, last shot of my fav purchases from Nordstrom.  I love pink and this blazer really did it for me.  I was wanting a Naven blazer but this one is even better!

Till Next Time.

Always Lovely,

Online Shopping Musts - Ebates & Gilt

Finally back to the rhythm of things after returning from our vacation to Seattle.  The three hour difference is quite an adjustment for our little one, however it was so worth it.  It was amazing seeing family and friends.  My hubs and I both got to do things we wanted: He went sky diving and I got to experience an Asian Spa (Body Scrubbing, massage, and eveything in between ;)

Ok, so I wanted to share a few recent online purchases (last few months, sorry I am a little behind, please forgive me :)

I picked up these gorgeous blush pumps by Sam Edelman on Gilt.com.  I have been eyeing these for quite sometime but they are sold out in most places, and when I received an email that they were hosting Sam Edelman shoes, I was all over it.  Plus they are having a sale for 20% off your purchase using coupon code MY20.

If you are not part of Gilt.com, use this link to sign up:

http://www.gilt.com/invite/151006515ap377yyzarx

They are selling a bunch of other Sam Edelman shoes.  I am a HUGE fan.  Check them out and if you do end up purchasing, let me know which ones! I have a few of the ones listed on the site.

AND HERE IS MY NUMBER ONE PLACE TO GO TO BEFORE SHOPPING ONLINE:

Ebates Coupons and Cash Back

Yep they pay you to shop online.  When I purchased these shoes, I received an additional 4% back.  And I realize thats not all that much, but over time you would be surpised how much you can build up.

Before shopping anywhere, go to Ebates and search for the online store.  You have to go to Ebates before you start shopping because they provide a tracking ticket that ensures you will be paid for the money you spent at the store.

If you are interested in signing up use the link below:

When you sign up, and make your first purchase of $25 bucks, you will get a choice of a $10 gift
card.  There are a couple options, but I love the Target one.

And I can verify that a couple weeks after making my first purchase of $25, I received my $10 gift card!

And I bought a new Kate Spade purse.  Its called the Gold Coast Ginnie in Hot Fuschia.  I love all things Pink, and when I saw this bag in person in Seattle I had to have it, but I decided to buy online at Katespade.com and use Ebates to receive a percentage back. Plus I received an additional 15% off and they ship for free! I needed a small bag because sometimes I don't want to tug around my huge bags.  I might be heading to the mall with friends and just want to have a few essentials.  This is the PERFECT purse for that and the color is simply divine, looks even better in person!

Till Next Time.

Always Lovely,

Luba
